“What is on my mind?”
That is what I’m asked each time,
When I write this blog.
Drink Inspiration,
Coffee in central London,
A chat and a laugh.
As complex as simple is.
“What is on my mind?”
That is what I’m asked each time,
When I write this blog.
Drink Inspiration,
Coffee in central London,
A chat and a laugh.
It begins to roll,
Like tunder,
It gathers pace.
‘Til I found no place.
All I can think is,
How much I want a burger.
I’m missing lunch now.
The rain pouring down,
Beats rhythms on the wet streets,
Thunders lonely song.
Twinkle little star,
Twinkle,
Twinkle,
Little Star.
A wonder you are!
The rainy sky hangs,
Gray, wet and over bearing,
But good for the grass.
London streets are wet,
It’s the best they look, for sure.
Walk through them quickly.
I’m thinking of things,
That might, go bump in the night.
Giving you a fright.
Things that can go bump,
A silent cat goes creeping,
Or them in the box.
As I worked it through,
Finding better words that flow,
See reworked below.
Kitty walked this town,
Searched the streets there, up and down.
But, no goĺd he found.
Kitty went to town,
Heard the streets were made of gold.
That’s what he was told.
Kitty walked this town,
Searched the streets up and around.
But, no goĺd he found.
Wow, what a great day,
Federer only just lost,
And England just won.
A day of tensions,
Some great sporting achievements,
Hamilton for sure!
It will be packed full
Grand Prix, Cricket and Tennis,
Sunday will be good.
Hamilton to win,
Federer in the mens match,
England or NZ!?
I’ve resized photos,
Reduced their size and saved them
Hopefully, they show.
It’s quite frustrating,
Tedious work too, today.
But for done for now.
