It’s Sunday morning,
All is quiet,
No one stirs,
It’s good to have time.
What does lay ahead,
And what can we do instead,
If we had a choice.
As complex as simple is.
It’s Sunday morning,
All is quiet,
No one stirs,
It’s good to have time.
What does lay ahead,
And what can we do instead,
If we had a choice.
It is a Tuesday,
News day,
Blues day,
And choose day,
The third one for me!
I’m using the time,
I’m writing my book and blog now,
And using it well.
The sun’s unashamed,
Proud and bright in morning skies,
No clouds in my sight.

The days run faster,
Skipping through weeks, catching months,
All thrown back and gone.
Time is so precious,
Learn to use it well each day,
Keep a good balance.

I can still run fast,
So I run a while, or more.
Walk if I need to.
Work, trains and buses,
Another work day coming.
Tomorrow just comes.

Time, fitness, fun, peace,
A few things I really want.
Time above the rest.
The days go so quick,
I wonder what happens next!
A day, week or year!
Music’s my passion,
Playing, Singing, Recording,
None of it too good.

I enjoy writing,
In my A6 notebook here,
And on this Blog Site.
Tick tock goes the clock,
Seconds fall as minutes run,
Around the hours face.
Joyful they tumble,
Feeling free as waiters cry.
Falling sands of time.
Rocking gently on,
The sixty seconds not run,
Just wait a minute!
Saturday morning,
The sun bright and warm outside,
What a lovely day!
Glad for the weekend,
Happy for some time alone,
Collecting my thoughts.
A hot cup of tea,
Is waiting patiently here,
Ready for each gulp.
The sky’s amazing,
The way it changes its look,
Time and time again.

The sky’s playful clouds,
Blue and white in many shapes,
My constant delight.
I lost track of time,
My dates out, a day behind,
Back on track today.
The mist covered fields,
With trees and fields frosted white,
Look good in sunlight.
