A really tough week,
I’m feeling this,
It is hard,
Blue Monday is gone.
Maintain the routine,
Finish things,
Make plans,
Agree,
Be the best you can.
Have a black coffee,
Eating well and not too much,
Get some exercise.

Can be difficult,

Does not matter what I write,

It is like a dam,
The written words release it,
