A lovely morning,
The sun shines through my window,
With its bright clean light.

Today’s begun well,
Made some income,
Wrote some verse,
Put the washing on.

Why date each Haiku?
It’s a daily thing to do!
Keeping a record.

A misty morning,
Up early today and out,
It’s train, train and train.

Easter is welcome,
Eggs and more, a lovely rest,
That’s what I like best!

It feels refreshing,
The first of the month, yes March!
It’s Friday as well.

Early train to work,
Might be tempted by breakfast,
Maybe just coffee.

14 MPs leave,
It’s time for change, it’s coming.
Brexit mess rolls on.

Lightly loaded train,
Speeding through the countryside,
I will soon be there.

Just before seven,
This is what the sky looked like,
A golden sunrise.

Painting such colours
The sky filled with golden rays
Caught my eye, it did!

Misty morning roads,
Making things to dissappear,
And lights shining bright.

It’s not very cold,
Wet, yes it’s wet, you feel it.
Good to get inside.

Another day dawns bright
Spilling mornings golden light.
Right across the land.

Take the early train,
Early Friday morning crowds,
The journey’s the same.

The morning is dark,
No sleepy sun rising yet
To pull nights sheets back.

The journey goes on
Familiar sounds around
Soon coming to stop.

I need a good rest,
The time runs away to much.
Things fall by the way.

A Friday morning
The train slugs on reluctant,
Slowly getting there.

I forgot something
Can’t go back and need a plan,
I’ll work around it.

Friday morning blues,
Pluck the melody slowly.
Major to minor.

It is Christmas Eve,
It has come so soon, I think,
Feels like the year’s gone.

The sun is shining,
It’s a bright sunny morning,
A good way to start.

I got a surprise,
As Bum Hole Bump texted me,
He just said, “Fake News”

That’s what he calls me,
“What’s that about then?” I ask.
It is just some fun.

“Can I design it?”
