The train rumbles on,
Consuming the miles ahead,
One-stop at a time.

There’s a wind of change,
That’s blowing across this land,
Rumours, doubtful, roam.

The falling raindrop,
Left its warm cloud,
And jumped out!
No parachute, toots!

I travelled the world,
Yes, on a single shoestring,
Swing,
Slide,
Scrap,
Scream,
Laugh!

I’m a hopeful case,
I look through rose-tinted specs,
With realistic heart.
