Venus shines brightly,

With half moon in morning sky,

Makes me to look up.

Temptation Alert!

Wagon Wheels six for a pound,

I’m putting weight on.

Trains delayed again,

Django playing Limehouse Blues,

Only thing moving.

Tired of this rubbish,

And those that say,”It’s like this!”

With intense pressure.

Fifty two percent

This mandate of the people!

Only some of them!

And there is another way,

Don’t leave. So simple!

Leaves on old gravestones,

They shall not be forgotten,

The weather is wet,

The leaves are pale green and brown,

The letters now fade.

 

Running silently

The rain down the window pane,

With erratic ease.

It’s work and more work,

My mind is dull and empty,

My wallet is too.

I don’t have much luck,

At things that take no effort,

Always working hard.

The train was lazy,

Took its time on the journey,

I was ten mins late.

What is the point now,

Of Haiku poems out here,

It raining outside,

The wet pavements and puddles,

Just give it away.

Lunch was very good,

Fresh and tasty and went fast,

I feel hungry now.
