Saturday 31-08-19 Time Out

I took some time out,
Work load,
man flu,
and travel,
Made me Twitter more.

It is easier,
Than here,
though this is easy.
Thanks for the support.

A few days of work,
Get my life sorted for sure,
New baby daughter.

Changes are a foot,
A yard or a mile or two.
The scene has changed now.

My mouth is so dry,
It has me wondering why?
Must drink more water!

I’m trying to draw,
A camel and a donkey.
They look very strange!

A great price was paid,
On those beaches on June 6th.
On the Vict’ry road.

We salute them all,
All the soldiers young and old,
Heroic no doubt.

The question isn’t,
“Who is going to let me?”
“Who is stopping me!”

The truth’s not for all,
But only for those that seek it.

Question Time tonight,
Such a woesome sight and sound,
None spoke any sense.

Where will it now end,
Brexit Party EU wins?
Or something better!

Getting there slowly.

A nesting seagull,

Poor reception though.

To see what is the best post,
Haiku or picture.

I’ve my favourites.
Over the last few months here.
I’m half way there now.

My tide’s receding,
Makes me leave my rocky perch,
To wade in the surf.

A lifes metaphor,
I must do more than before,
Move out and explore.

A Labour Brexit,
Delivered by Conservatives,
How does that all work?

Bring on EU votes,
Time for another stuffing
For these tired parties.
