Sleeping on myself,
a Trini term for sleeping,
just taking a nap.

The air whistles by,
and the feel of it excites,
there’s passion in it.

I’m digging a hole,
and it’s deep, the things i find,
buried in the ground.

The clouds drifting by,
never stay for long, then pass,
always a good site.
