Good day to you Frank!
I hope you are doing well,
And enjoy the rain.
No phone,
I won’t phone,
I can’t phone
I have no phone,
I left it at home!
As complex as simple is.
Good day to you Frank!
I hope you are doing well,
And enjoy the rain.
No phone,
I won’t phone,
I can’t phone
I have no phone,
I left it at home!
The pale moon smiling,
In the cold pre-dawn black sky,
It likes it, like this!
The cold morning air,
Soaking deep into the bones,
Chills me to the core.
The train rattles off,
Gaining speed it quietens down,
Now a steady pace.
The sky gets lighter,
Unimpressed it simply is.
No blue sky today.
I’m catching up now,
There’s time enough to do it,
Write a line or two.
London town was wet,
And I took the underground,
I missed my walk though.
The Sunday papers,
Lay scattered about the floor,
Maybe needed soon.
The cat on the grass,
Is not ours, it’s a stranger,
But it makes this home.
Those disagreements,
Best avoid or go for it,
Fighting fire with fire.
Scribbled on a scrap,
The paper, a ticket bought,
For a short bus ride.
The evening sunsets,
Golden, bright it will not go,
Not without a fight.
Resisted MacDonalds,
But got a nice breakfast treat.
And so that was good!
The clouds hide the moon,
The darkness will watch to dawn,
It’s time for bed now.
Morning bus and train,
In autumns’ dark dawn and rain.
I’ll do this again!
We all need pickups,
Mine is pumping in my ears,
And I’m loving it!
I have quit my job,
Six times already today,
All inside my head.
Finding my feet here,
That’s what they say,
What I say!
When learning something.
Music’s my passion,
Eclectic I hope, Shazzam,
For finding new songs.
Watching some old films,
In colour from the twenties,
I’m a hist’ry buff.
